IONOS: Higher KPIs through New Display Strategy
Task
Support the IONOS Display and Social Media teams in the implementation of a new global Spark Ads strategy. IONOS is one of the top tech brands, producing engaging and educational content that simplifies the technical journey and reinforces their position as a thought leader in website hosting.
Challenge
The challenge was to reduce CPMs, increase hook rates and improve video completion rates without increasing the ad budget.
Execution
The key to our success was media strategy: we used algorithmic budget allocation across markets to accelerate ad delivery.
Outcome
We achieved a significant 32% reduction in CPMs, along with a remarkable 48% increase in hook rates and a 7% increase in video completion rates. This collaboration exemplifies the effectiveness of media strategies to improve upper-funnel metrics without increasing advertising budgets.
