Farfetch: Campaign Success Through Data-Driven Social Media Marketing

Task
As part of a global campaign for designer fashion online retailer Farfetch, our task was to support and optimize promotional activities in Germany, the UK and the USA.

Challenge
The challenge was to implement a data-driven marketing approach that was not only effective but also scalable across different markets. Our specific challenge was to select and coordinate content creators that met our internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while also demonstrating strong community engagement in the fashion and lifestyle categories.

Execution
Using our ‘Joli Intelligence’ platform, we identified and selected content creators who perfectly matched our KPIs. This strategic selection enabled us to launch campaigns designed to maximise visibility and engagement. Using dedicated analytics tools, we were able to monitor performance in real time and make adjustments as needed to further improve campaign efficiency.

Outcome
The campaign delivered outstanding results, generating the highest possible revenue for Farfetch and successfully attracting new customers to the brand. Our efforts had a significant positive impact on return on investment (ROI). These results not only demonstrate the effectiveness of our social media marketing strategies, but also the importance of a data-driven approach to optimizing social media marketing efforts.
